PMG Very Fine 25 - Refugio, Texas - Refugio County - 1863 Serial # 78 - Unlisted in the Medlar book. But I would guess it is a Rarity 7 with 1-5 surviving population. In a recent Heritage auction 1/22 they state they knew of only two $3.00 notes from Refugio. The one they offered PMG VF 25 serial #50 sold for $3840.00 - Small size note Approx. 2" X 4-3/4". Refugio County Warrant - Will pay the bearer $3.00 in Confederate Notes - "Rare note"
