NGC About Uncirculated Details - Improperly Cleaned - FS-2306 "L" on Ribbon, Repunched Date the 8 & 6 are repunched south on the inside loops. In addition to being a scarce date and variety the reverse die is rotated 180 degrees. If it was cleaned it was long ago and has retoned nicely. Scarce date with an unknown mintage.
